Our Guiding Principles
Our purpose in putting forth these guiding principles, is to ensure that each and every person understands fully what we believe in, what we strive for, and what we have determined to achieve. These are the beliefs by which we live.

- Inclusion, by providing the opportunity to participate in community activities and to associate with people they choose;
- Individualization, by providing personalized supports and services to meet their needs and interests;
- Productivity, by encouraging the use of time in meaningful work, community participation, education, or any activity which contributes to personal growth.
