Information and Referral
The Arc of Steuben offers a variety of services designed to support people with a developmental disability. The Information and Referral Resources team can assist individuals and his/her family in obtaining needed supports and assist with securing eligibility for Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD) services. The Arc of Steuben supports children (age 3 and up) and adults with developmental disabilities.
Eligibility: People with a documented developmental disability, age 3 to adulthood.
How to make a referral:
Contact the Arc of Steuben Information and Referral Resources team. After initial contact, we will contact you to schedule a meeting with you. A packet of information will be sent to you and reviewed with you at this initial meeting. The packet will contain information on documentation that will be necessary to determine eligibility for OMRDD services and information on the variety supports available through the Arc of Steuben.
Meetings will be scheduled at your convenience and can be held at your home or in one of our offices located in Hornell, Corning, Bath, Addison, and Hammondsport.
