Service Coordination

The Arc of Steuben provides Service Coordination, assisting individuals with various aspects of their lives. Service Coordinators offer individuals diagnosed with cognitive / developmental disabilities information, advocacy, linkage, and referral.

The Service Coordination professionals ensure that services and activities work together to meet the needs and supports of the individual and their family. Self directed plans of support are facilitated by coordinators through the design of an individualized plan, striving toward identified life goals.
