| Description: | The Arc of Steuben will be presenting a new training to further develop the driving skills of associates. The training is called Smith System. The Smith System is a mandated training for any associate who is required to transport individuals served by The Arc of Steuben. Through the personal outcome assessment tool and the associates trained in its use, information is gathered about outcomes in the factors My Self, My Work, and My Dreams.
